Happy May Day!
Much progress was made this month.
The Firecrackers Quilt is off the Long Arm and it has a new name, Building Blocks. It needs just a binding to be completely done.
As I was quilting, it reminded me of those large bright colored blocks that kids use to build towers. I think I’m keeping this one, it’s going into my hope chest, for some future grandchild.
Progress was also made on the Elements of Quilting sample. It’s being quilting on my new Bernina480. Should be done soon!
And one more bird block was finished. Look at the six all hanging together. Halfway there, just six more to go!
