My National Park Quilts came home! After traveling for over four years and being displayed in many great venues, including the Houston Quilt Show, they have finally come home to roost. They were part of a group of 144 quilts published in the book “Inspired By the National Parks”. They now hang together in a place of Honor in The Studio.

I did not get one of my own UFOs finished in June, but I had fun quilting someone else’s older quilt top. It’s for a birthday surprise so no photo until we present it.
The 2020 Quilt is moving along. Today I pressed all 324 tiny house blocks. As soon as they are all trimmed I’ll throw the blocks up on the design wall. So check in to watch the progress.

I also spent a good part of the last two weeks making an inventory list of all my quilts in the Studio. I had to add hanging sleeves, labels and price tags on many of them. It took two afternoons of up and down the ladder, taking down and putting up quilts to get the Summer themed quilts hung.
I’m usually in the studio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. If you are in the area, stop in to see the quilts!
