In the Studio

June 17, 2020

Rainy wet day here in Afton.

This morning I finished the second half of the 324 blocks I will need for my 2020 quilt.

Then I worked in the studio all afternoon on the long arm. I’m working on a quilt destined to go to the Hospice House here in Charlottesville. I’m practicing more ruler work and stitch in the ditch. I’ll post a photo or two tomorrow.

And I received some very good news. Two of my quilts were published some time ago in a book titled “Inspired by the National Parks”. These quilts have traveled all over the U. S. And will finally be returning home. I can’t wait to hang them up in the studio.
